So glad you like Kirsten and that she arrived speedily. Sorry I do not know of any AG type of clothing stores that ship overseas. Some eBay sellers will ship overseas.

It can be a little confusing, but the biggest problem usually comes when an Item hits custums. It can become a big headache if the person does not come for the package if there are customs due since then the sender becomes liable for the items or forfits them. The best carrier to use is the US POst office actually I have had the least amount of problems shipping overseas with them, once I learned how to do it

Thanks for all the replies...Customs is not a problem in our country UNLESS the item costs over $400 dollars...we do not pay any duties etc on anything up to this amount.
The only problem with our country is our VERY strict quarantine laws.A great aunt from England sent a tiny packet pot pouri(sp?) in a little container last Christmas and IT got stopped in customs thanks the agriculture depatment. We got sent rest of the package but not this .We were offered to pay $60 to have it fumiagted and sent on to us!!!Needless to say we declined!LOL!At this stage they just destroy it .This Aunt knows not to send stuff like that now.
We actually regulary have to order books from America for homeschooling. All book places on line ship internationally without a problem thank goodness or it would be a nighmare to homeschool here!
Off to look for patterns and to ring my best friend with a suggestion for Chrismas presents for her God daughters..( I can't sew she can!),AND she was only asking me for ideas last week.
Thanks for all the help ladies.

I have some things for Kirsten. All are made from quality fabrics and are meant to be played with. I'm willing to ship to New Zealand. I sell to a lady in Ireland all the time. I think the reason most don't want to ship outside the US is taking the time to fill out the custom forms. I don't have time to take photos now. I'm just killing time waiting for my husband to finish getting ready to go out to dinner. I'll send you photos tomorrow.
I sew all year and sell in Nov and Dec. I probably have around 10 items for Kirsten.
Many on this board can vouch for my sewing.

I think Lindy and some of the others are right. Some people just don't want to bother with the forms to fill out but the easiest thing is to send items by Global Priority in a flat rate envelope (universally about $9.50, less for Canada) and the labels can be made right online as well as filling out the customs forms too. It's not hard at all so hopefully soon more people will be taking advantage of Paypal's shipping or the USPS Click n Ship.
I have sent things to New Zealand from ebay with no problems at all. Even when you do have to use Airmail Letter Post and take the package to the PO, it's not really a big deal. Anything under 4 lbs. can get the short customs form which is pretty easy to fill out. I sew for Barbie and pretty much will send packages anywhere (except for any noted scam countries). I always figure a sale is a sale no matter how large or small or where they live!

Hi Ann!
I just wanted to say Congratulations on Kirsten! I hope your DD adores her and has a wonderful Christmas!
Unfortunately, I have no information on ebay sellers who will ship internationally, but it looks like you've got quite a few nice links above.
Can you oder directly from AG & have things shipped? I recently purchased Kirsten's work dress and boots and have found them very well made/standing up to play and outdoor adventures. Both Kirsten & Addy's collections have recently captivated me--my mext purchase from them will hopefully be Kirsten's Winter Woolens.
Enjoy Kirsten & Good Luck with the clothing search!

Kirsten's clothes are very well made and stand up to a lifetime of play. The only dress I have problems with is her birthday dress-the sleeves de-puff after awhile and the dress got kind of rumpled and worn after several years of cuddles and use as a nightgown. All AG clothes are made for years of play.

I'm sure you will love your new Kirsten. I know I love mine. I have been working on some dresses for Kirsten. I still have to finish two of the bonnets and I am thinking of doing the shoes to go with. I could probably part with one of the dresses. PM me if interested. I just made an album with some of the things I have made. The first two pictures are for Kirsten.
